Tell us about your setup.
My bike is KOOL … 2011 Suzuki RMZ250 with FMF pipe, FOX Racing Shox Suspension, Renthal Bars, sprockets,chain, One Industries Graphics, Dunlop Tires, Hinson Clutch, and Scotts Stearing Dampner.
What else is in your garage?
Workout bike, RC Cars, Dog Beds, Golf Cart, Bikes, Tools
What's your training regimen?
Intense workouts with Tuan the Man at TKB sports Medicine, also Gym, workout bike, and weights.
Any major injuries, and how did you recover?
Two broken wrists healed great, April 2010 Broken Foot, rebroke and plated in Sept 2010, August 2010 ACL replacement, still recovering with lots of therapy
What's your typical pre-race meal? Guilty pleasure?
Chicken with green beans and mac-n-cheese, weakness is anything chocolate and ICE CREAM.
What is your pre-race OCD behavior?
Pray, a must in staging and on the line.
How do you determine which races to enter each year?
All the major nationals.
What are some of your best memories?
When I won two motos at Lorretta's one in 2008 and one in 2010.
What motivated you to get started racing?
I used to ride trails with my dad on the weekends, then one day I was like I want to race, so my Mom and Dad bought me a race bike and it all started from there.
What separates you from other professional athletes?
I have the desire, drive, and willpower to win and do my best with the support of my family and friends.
How does FOX Racing Shox contribute to your success?
FOX suspension helps my riding because it makes my bike smooth and stable in rough conditions and gives me the confidence to push farther.
What would you be doing if you weren't a professional athlete?
I would like to be a nurse or physical therapist.
What's the best thing about being a professional athlete?
Being able to ride all the time, meeting new people and seeing different places that I would've otherwise not seen.
What other sports are you interested in?
Are there other sports? I am not sure, I tried every sport imaginable from ballet to soccer and nothing compares to racing.
Any advice to the readers dreaming to turn pro?
I will let you know when I get there! Hahahaha

Way too many!!!!!

I don’t really play video games but I do like Guitar Hero.
