How does FOX contribute to your success?
They contribute A LOT! They literally float over the rough stuff!
Tell us about your bike/vehicle setup.
2009 Suzuki LTR450 Quadracer, Yoshimura motor and exhaust, FOX shocks, Maxxis tires, Walsh Race Craft A-Arms and Swingarm, and Precision stabilizer.
What else is in your garage?
More Suzuki LTR450 Quadracers, Honda Ruckus's, 358 Sprint Car, Suzuki Z90's, Suzuki RMZ250, 1991 GMC Syclone, and a 2009 Ford F350.
What's your training regimen?
Just ride as much as possible.
Any major injuries, and how did you recover?
I broke my wrist right before summer break one year, so I had a few months to recover. I've also broken both collarbones at two different times. One right before summer break and the other over winter break. I gave them a couple weeks to heal and then hopped back on the quad.
What's your typical pre-race/event meal? Guilty pleasure?
Usually my mom makes me spaghetti and meatballs.
What motivated you to get started professionally?
My dad started racing in our local series and of course I wanted to race against him and beat him so I started racing too. Then we just decided to hit up a GNCC race and we loved it and I've been racing them ever since.
What would you be doing if you weren't a professional athlete?
Probably working for my dad's car crushing business.
What's the best thing about being a professional athlete?
Getting to do what I love to do every day and getting paid to do it!
What other sports are you interested in?
Racing, and pretty much racing!
Any advice to the readers dreaming to turn pro?
Anything is possible if you just keep at it!
