Transfer Seatpost Part Information

New for 2018:

Updated Bottom Cap Internal routed posts get a new bottom cap that is stronger to prevent breakage during installation (backwards compatible)
New pellet for Spool Valve Cap There is a new pellet pressed into the hex on the Spool Valve Cap after final bleed to prevent user access (backwards compatible)
New Spool Valve and Piston Updated Spool Valve and Piston to run at lower pressure (275 psi) (backwards compatible only if used together)
New Push Rod and o-ring Updated Push Rod and o-ring to improve sealing and reduce friction
New upper Bushing Updated upper bushing energized by o-ring to reduce post play (backwards compatible, use without energizing o-ring on MY17 posts)
New upper post Updated upper post with added o-ring groove to energize new upper bushing (backwards compatible)
New Shaft Lug and B/O Bumper Updated Shaft Lug to leave room for new bumper which reduces noise
IFP Pressure reduction IFP pressure is now 275 psi for MY18 posts. Set IFP to 275psi when updating a 2017 post with 2018 parts
New seal install tool New tool to install the upper bushing and main seal (PN: 803-01-200)
New tool to support gas fill New tool stabilizes the gas fill assembly against the shaft to prevent damage (PN: 398-00-758)
External pulley kit External Cable Interface Parts now available as a kit.
