Chris Borich Wins River Ranch GNCC
Chris Borich kept his streak alive, winning the River Ranch GNCC ATV XC-1 Pro Class this past weekend at the River Ranch in sunny Florida.

Even with a twenty-two second lead, the win came with many challenges for Borich. Can-Am/Warnert Racing rider, Adam McGill lead the field for the majority of the race before getting tangled up in a barbed-wire fence with a little over one lap to go. McGill eventually finished fourth. McGills teammate, Chris Bithell also raced with the front pack all day, eventually finishing third behind Kiser.
With this victory, Borich extended his winning streak to eight-in-a-row, stretching back to the middle of last season. Brutal sand whoops, mud holes and tree roots tested the suspension of all the ATV racers at River Ranch. Riders using FOX FLOAT X EVOLs and PODIUM X rears took three out of the top four spots on the XC-1 Pro ATV Class podium.
In the morning race, Michael Swift was the man to beat. With an overall time of 2:01:29, Swift won the 4x4 Open division and the overall victory for the 10a.m. race, besting the next closest racer by over four minutes. Rick Cecco had fueling issues but still managed to finish second in 4x4 Open. Daryl Rath finished third in the 4x4 Open class. Clifton Beasley kept his winning streak alive by taking first place in the U2 class with a time of 2:05:39.
In the Womens division, Can-Am/Warnert Racing rider, Lexie Coulter won with a time of 2:06:47.
