Czech Downhill Cup Moninec

05.22.12 After a long time I did a proper downhill race in Czech and I enjoy it a lot. Last weekend we had the first Czech downhill cup in Moninec and it was great to ride my new DH bike. Even we built the bike just before the race and there was no time for training I was feeling great on the bike and I had lot of fun.

Moninec is pretty new venue in Czech. Even the hill isnt too big the track is really nice with lot of rockgardens, berms, big jumps, fast sections and there are also slower technical parts. The sun was out all weekend so the track was completely dry and with lot of dust the course was slippery and tricky. It was really hard to do a perfect run without any mistake.

I was really happy with my race run as I rode down the hill without any big mistake and crossed the finished line on the 3rd place! I just had a great time in Moninec
This week Im travelling to Leogang for the iXS Downhill cup race.
