CG Brigade Mont Ste Anne World Cup Report
On a very sketchy track, Gabriela Williams was the most unlucky, as she got a flat during the qualification run, and didnt qualify for the sundays finals. Fortunately, Marcelo Guttierez did the job and qualified easily, before managing an excellent 20th rank in the finals. Starting with the #47 number plate, he flew over every rock to reach top 20, an exceptional performance considering the competition high level and small gaps between every rider. He didnt miss to dedicate his performance to CG, who is still in hospital fixing his big hip injury.
Cdric did receive many encouraging messages during this whole week end, from the organisators who mentionned him several times, and also from all the racers who met up before the finals for a souvenir picture dedicated to CG. His future come-back will be for sure highly appreciated !
