08.22.12 Whistler, BC, Canada August 19th, 2012 Crankworx is the biggest bike festival in the world. With 16 events spread over 9 days, they pack in as many freeride and gravity activities as possible, plus music, photo contests, expo areas, parties, and more....

Bryn competed in 3 events - Air DH, Slalom, and the Canadian open, while Jill just got back on the bike 6 weeks after her injury and was able to win the pumptrack challenge.

Jill, "I wasn't really planning on racing pump track as the muscles in my forearm are still a bit weak, but once I saw the track and did a couple laps, I was having too much fun not to race. I clipped in to hold onto the bike a bit better, but I wasn't that excited to see a finish line jump, as impacts and pulling up make me cringe. All good though, arm stayed in one piece, and I was able to claim the Three-pete in Pump track. Feels incredible to be back on my bike!!!! Thx to everyone for the support!"

Bryn had this to say- "I had a rad time in Whistler!! Crankworx is a full week of racing, training, and the odd social activity.. So I'm stoked with my 6th place finish in the Canadian Open on the last day of the festival. The track was rough, fast, loose, and full of Hecklers to keep me on point. Psyched to be heading to Austria for Worlds next week!"
