Velocity-Sensitive Damping Control

Every shock in our lineup utilizes our race-proven Velocity-Sensitive Damping Control technology. Through the use of different piston flow designs and variable valving specifications, we are able to custom tune each shock for its intended application.

Samurai Sealing System (SSS)
Working closely with one of the word's leading seal suppliers, FOX Racing Shox has developed our unique dual stage Samurai Sealing System (SSS) for use on all FLOAT 2, FLOAT X, and FLOAT X EVOL air shocks. The seals in the SSS are specifically designed from a special low-temperature, highly durable material that scrapes away snow, ice, and debris while simultaneously keeping the seals lubricated for minimal friction.
