Knowing I am on the best Shocks in the world gives me the confidence to push myself to new levels.

Tell us about your bike/vehicle setup.
My Team LaVallee Polaris Race sled is set up to be really forgiving. I am not as precise as some riders so I need my suspension to compliment my "wild" riding style. haha

What else is in your garage?
Sleds, Dirt Bikes, Boat, Trucks, Car, Mountain bike, Golf Clubs, ramps. - I'm a big Fan of FUN!

What's your training regimen?
Wood chip riding on sleds, dirt bikes, and I lot of ours spent in the gym!

Any major injuries, and how did you recover?
Both Knees, separated both shoulders, dislocated wrist, broken heel, compartment syndrome in my calf and a hand full of concussions. Recovered pretty well from everything but the concussions, - I 'm more of a dork now. haha

What's your typical pre-race meal? Guilty pleasure?
Pastas and Water and a Red Bull to give me a little kick! my Guilty Pleasure is chips and salsa, Oh boy I can get out of hand with some good salsa and some Tortilla chips!

How do you determine which races to enter each year?
By importance, exposure, and fun.

What motivated you to get started professionally?
Just the fun and competition of Racing lured me in.

What separates you from other professional athletes?
um.. i'm shorter then most. haha

What would you be doing if you weren't a professional athlete?
I would probably be doing dirt work, excavating.

What's the best thing about being a professional athlete?
Getting to experience so many things that very few do.

What other sports are you interested in?
Motocross, wakeboarding, off road trucks, golf.

Work your tail off, stay positive, and have fun!
