International customers, please contact your local distributor for service.
You will be contacted by FOX with an updated estimate, request for approval to proceed with your service, your expected turnaround time, and you will be asked for your credit card information to pay for the services to be rendered the same day that your product is received at a FOX Service Center.
To receive Warranty consideration for your product, please include a copy of the original receipt for your FOX product or the new bicycle that you purchased with the FOX product on it. This will insure that your Service transaction proceeds in an expedient manner.
Your repair will be returned in plain packaging. Do not send your repair in with the original FOX packaging if you wish to keep it.
