Community Impact

Just as we push our customers to be their best, we are committed to investing in nonprofit organizations focused on strengthening the social and environmental fabric of the communities where we operate.

In addition to our Trail Trust program which seeks to deliver sustainable adventure to all, our community grantmaking is centered around three key areas:

• STEM Education: In order for Fox to continue creating the best, performance-enhancing products, we must cultivate a diverse pipeline of talented technologists and innovators that bring fresh perspectives and solutions to the forefront. We aim to invest in programs that teach STEM skills and inspire interest in the field, with a particular focus on supporting women/girls and members of under-served communities.
• Workforce Development: The qualifications and trade skills required to succeed in the workplace are constantly evolving. We will support nonprofits in the communities within which we operate that provide individuals with the necessary trade skills and training to attain employment in the manufacturing and automotive industries.
• Socio-Economic Equity: Fox will focus our investment on programs that address socio-economic inequities to help the under-served in our communities. These include access to food, housing, and employment.
