At Fox Factory, our people are our greatest asset. We are invested in cultivating a “One Fox” culture of belonging and doing all that we can to maintain a workplace environment where all feel like they belong, are valued, and inspired to be their best. So, as we continue to grow, we have a responsibility to scale and develop our inclusion, diversity and engagement initiatives. To start, here’s how we define these three:
Inclusion is the result of intentional actions people take to make ALL feel like a critical part of the team and that they matter.
Diversity is the different, unique characteristics that make up a person’s authentic self and experiences that shape their beliefs.
Engagement happens when everyone – regardless of who they are – thrives and performs at their highest potential.
We aim to protect and promote our people, harnessing the power of diverse experiences and are doing so through our Realizing Inclusion, Diversity, and Engagement (R.I.D.E.) at Fox initiative. The strategic pillars are simple:
In 2020, Fox joined CEO Action, a global coalition that aims to collectively take action to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. As a member, we've launched our very own learning series, Day of Understanding unconscious bias workshops, trailblazer storytelling campaign, and much more.
The Fox Factory Employee Relief Fund helps employees who are facing financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster or an unforeseen personal hardship. Anyone, including employees, customers, vendors and community groups may donate to the Fund to assist employees in need.
