Recommended minimum fork, shock and seat post maintenance:
Every 125 Hours/Yearly, or whichever comes first.*
*Price may be higher if product is severely damaged and requires replacement parts that will exceed original estimate. FOX will call you with a revised estimate for your approval prior to work being started. Credit Card information for payment of services will be required at the beginning of the service. US only. International customers, please contact an Authorized International Service Center for service.
*For those who ride lift-accessed DH, Park, or Extreme Freeride or in extremely wet/muddy or dry/dusty environmental conditions where trail debris is sprayed onto the fork or shock while on the trail, FOX encourages riders to perform maintenance earlier than recommended above as needed. If you hear, see, or feel something unusual, stop riding immediately and contact a FOX Authorized Service Center for proper servicing.
Pro Tip: To maintain a level of performance achieved by Factory Pro Riders, more frequent maintenance than suggested above can be performed, if desired.

Guaranteed 1 day in house turnaround based on a scheduled appointment. You must call 800-369-7469, ext. 4533 to schedule the service appointment – this option is not available through the RA Request form. An additional $75 fee will be added to your service charge for this option. This service is available at the FOX West Coast Service Center only.
