FOX Factory’s Service Centers strive to provide the best customer experience for every FOX service that comes through our service doors. Currently, we are experiencing record-high demand for our professional services. In order to serve you best, we want to inform you that our service turnaround time is 30+ working days for the USA and 14+ days for Canada.
Once your product has been received and evaluated at the FOX Service Center, FOX will contact you with a final service estimate. Based on the FOX technician’s evaluation, it may be necessary to order parts to complete the service work. If necessary, this action could delay your turnaround time.
We apologize for the extended wait time, but rest assured when FOX performs their Factory service work, your product will be handled with care by the only FOX Factory-trained technicians in North America.

Regular maintenance of your products will increase its performance and lifespan. It is recommended that your fork, shock or seat post receive a Full Factory Service every 125hrs or yearly - which ever comes first*
Suspension product will require more frequent servicing the harder they are worked. For those who ride lift-accessed DH, Park, or Extreme Freeride or in extremely wet/muddy or dry/dusty environmental conditions where trail debris is sprayed onto the fork or shock while on the trail, FOX encourages riders to perform maintenance earlier than recommended above as needed.
If you hear, see, or feel something unusual, stop riding immediately and contact a FOX Authorized Service Center for proper servicing.
