To have your product serviced by FOX, you need a Service Request (SR) number issued by the FOX Factory.

Please start this process by clicking FOX's "Service Hub Request Form" button below.

FOX will inform you to ship your product to the FOX Service Center listed below.

To assist us in quicker processing, please mark the SR number clearly on the outside of the package.

For Status Updates on your repair, please email the service center that you sent it to.
