To have your product serviced by FOX, you need a Service Request (SR) number issued by the FOX Factory.
Please start this process by clicking FOX's "Service Hub Request Form" button below.
FOX will inform you to ship your product to the FOX Service Center listed below.
To assist us in quicker processing, please mark the SR number clearly on the outside of the package.

Get serviced by the same FOX technicians the pros depend on, utilizing genuine FOX parts and fluids. Basic service starting prices are for a single shock, which includes a complete rebuild, new seals, and oil change. Additional parts or upgrades are not included.
