OUR RETURN TO
A NEW NORMAL

“Normal,” these days is a relative term, but our FOX family and communities are resilient, and together we will emerge stronger in the “new normal.”

ENHANCED WORKPLACE SAFETY DOCTRINE – OUR RETURN TO A NEW NORMAL

Our Employees, Partners, Customers, and Vendors are Priority ONE, as We Resume Operations

FOX products were born out of the desire and commitment to win races and we have that same commitment to the human race—we’ll work continuously and safely, as a team to beat this and cross the finish line together. It is critical that we all do our part to slow the transmission of COVID-19. Here are some of the things we’ve been working on to do our part to protect everyone during these rapidly evolving times.

PREVENTION AND SAFETY MEASURES

  • To ensure a safe working environment for our employees, partners, and essential third-party visitors, we are adhering to pertinent National Health Agency guidance and orders to ensure a safe environment for everyone entering one of our facilities.
  • Each of our sites has a COVID-19 Field Taskforce—with oversight and direction from our Senior-Level COVID-19 Taskforce—charged with defining specific measures and protocols that satisfy local requirements, while staying consistent with FOX company-wide direction and policies and government orders.

    These Key Safety Protocols Include
    • Return-to-Site Guidelines
    • Employee Education
    • Individual Accountability Agreements
    • Physical Distancing
    • Facial Coverings
    • Protective Gloves
    • Temperature Checks
    • Site Cleanliness Standards
    • Site Entry Health Questionnaire Requirements
    • Management of Tested Positive Workforce

OUR ROAD TO A NEW NORMAL
Our Return-to-Site Plan prioritizes the safety of everyone onsite and is designed to be in compliance with orders in effect at each of our locations. It is also customized by the nature of operations and functions performed at these locations.

We are committed to operating in accordance with local, state, and federal safety and health guidelines. A number of health and safety practices, including new policies are being rolled out across the organization.

THE MAIN COMPONENTS OF OUR PLAN INCORPORATES VARYING LEVELS OF THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Implementation Strategy Timeline Broken Down By
    • Work Location: Staggered schedules as needed to ensure physical distancing compliance
    • Outside Visitors: Limited to essential third-party services
    • Travel: Policies will evolve with the changing times
    • Personal Protective Equipment: Masks and gloves
    • Personal Hygiene: Additional hand sanitizer or hand-washing stations
    • Site Cleaning Regimens: Enhanced, deep cleaning services
  2. Preparation Before Returning to Sites Includes
    • Health Questionnaire: Required for all employees, partners, and outside visitors before returning to a site, or entering temporarily
    • Workspace Modifications: Meeting rooms, offices, and common areas will be limited to a number that allows for proper physical distancing
  3. Education and Communication
    • Return-to-Site Task Force: Ensures proper implementation of our plan
    • Communications Plan:
      • Phase 1 – Managers are armed with plans and education materials
      • Phase 2 – Department managers educate their teams
      • Phase 3 – Employees receive Information packets that include:
        • Health Questionnaire
        • Return-to-Site Strategy
        • Return-to-Site Protocols and Guidelines
        • Physical Distancing Etiquette
        • Handwashing Guidelines
        • Contacts for any questions or concerns
      • Phase 4 – Employees begin returning to work on site

Employee communications and training at all levels will be ongoing and is key to bringing back an onsite workforce that feels safe, is engaged, motivated, and ready to resume normal operations. That said, we remain mindful that some individuals may need additional accommodations and considerations before they can fully return, and we will work to accommodate an individual’s needs to the extent that it is possible.
